Ingredients
  1. Puffy Crust
  2. 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  5. 4 eggs
  6. Filling and Topping
  7. 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  8. 3 cups milk
  9. 2 packages (4-serving size each) pistachio instant pudding and pie filling mix
  10. 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 1/2 cups)
  11. 1/4 cup chocolate-flavor syrup
  12. Chopped pistachio nuts, if desired
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 15x10x1-inch pan. In 2 1/2-quart saucepan, heat butter and water to rolling boil. Stir in flour; reduce heat to low. Stir vigorously about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball; remove from heat. Beat in eggs all at once; continue beating until smooth. Spread dough in pan.
  2. Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. (Crust will be puffy and uneven.)
  3. In large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup of the milk with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Add remaining milk and the pudding mix (dry). Beat about 2 minutes or until smooth and slightly thickened; immediately spread over crust. Spread with whipped topping.
  4. Refrigerate uncovered at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours. Just before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with nuts. For servings, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store in refrigerator

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups flour
  2. 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon quick cooking oats
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  4. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/2 cup raisins
  7. 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon buttermilk
  8. 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  9. 2 tablespoons honey
  10. 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  11. 1/4 cup brandy
Instructions
  1. Combine raisins and brandy in a small bowl. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375F. Lightly grease a baking sheet. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, 1 cup oats, baking powder, the baking soda, and salt. In a small bowl, whisk 1 cup buttermilk, honey, egg, and butter until well blended. Add to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Stir in the raisins.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface. Knead 5 to 6 times, then shape it into a ball. Place on the prepared baking sheet and pat down into an 8" round. Brush the top with the remaining buttermilk, then sprinkle with the remaining oats. Use a sharp knife to slash the top of the dough with an X about 1/2" deep.
  4. Bake until the loaf is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped (35 to 40 minutes). Transfer the loaf to a wire rack to cool.
  5. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. roast beef, cooked and cubed just (cook the roast in the crock pot with some water and onion soup mix )
  2. 3-4 potatoes, cooked and cut in small cubes.
  3. salt and pepper
  4. 1 box pie crusts (can be found by the butter in the grocery store)
  5. Beef gravy, prepared
BEEF GRAVY
  1. Drippings from beef roast
  2. 1 to 2 cups water
  3. 2 tsp. beef bouillon
  4. 2 Tbsp. corn starch mixed with ¼ c. water
  5. salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix the roast, potatoes, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Unroll the pie crusts and cut in half. Put a good amount of filling in each crust, fold over, and seal. Place each pastry on a greased cookie sheet. Make a couple of small slits in the top of each crust. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with some melted butter. Serve with gravy
  2. For Beef Gravy: Bring ingredients to a boil to thicken, stirring constantly with a whisk.

Ingredients
  1. 3 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
  2. 1/2 cup low fat or skim milk
  3. 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  4. 1-2 drops green food coloring
  5. 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a blender combine vanilla yogurt, milk, mint extract, and food coloring. Blend on highest speed until creamy. Pour into serving glasses.
  2. (Optional) Using an electric mixer add heavy whipping cream and a drop of green food coloring in a bowl and using a whisk attachment blend on the highest speed until still peaks form. Using as topping on shake
